Dr. Wood provides customized support in the areas of school transformation, leadership development, instructional coaching, literacy instruction, data-informed planning, culturally responsive practices, enrollment growth, and organizational strategy. Her work ranges from one-on-one coaching for school leaders to large-scale professional development, strategic planning sessions, schoolwide improvement initiatives, and implementation support. She brings the perspective of a former teacher, instructional coach, professor, and principal, allowing her to bridge theory, practice, and real-world school leadership.
Through Edvantage Coaching & Consulting, Dr. Wood helps schools move from vision to action by identifying priorities, building leadership capacity, strengthening instructional systems, and creating sustainable plans for growth.
